We are located just minutes away from the major hospitals in Greater Salt Lake. We are a 41 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We are certified providers of Medicare, Medicaid, and most other payer sources.
Our multi-disciplinary therapy model includes physical, occupational, and speech therapies, focusing on a holistic approach and establishing a plan care unique to the client’s individual needs.
We work hand in hand with hospice providers.
